ABOUT PERIGON
WE ARE UNDERCOVER ATHLETES
We created PERIGON for the Undercover Athlete.
Undercover Athletes identify with PERIGON because we expand the definition of athleticism. Undercover Athletes are elite performers in all areas of life. What we are creating at PERIGON goes far beyond smooth rides.
We’re building a community around the Undercover Athlete, connecting the athletes to one another through our space.

FAQ'S
This is my first time. Do I need experience?
No experience necessary. It doesn’t matter what your skill level is, or how fit you are. You can ride with us. Go at your own pace. Progress, not perfection.
We do recommend that you consult your physician before participating in any strenuous activities with us.
This is my first time. How does it work when I get there?
When you walk into the studio, check in with the studio crew. They'll help you sign in for your bike, give you a tour of the studio and set up your bike with you. They’re always happy to help.
This is my first time. How do I set up my bike?
The instructor and/or studio crew will help you with setting up your bike. Give yourself time to feel comfortable on your bike, test the tension, sit and stand—every bike is different.
There are three keys to proper setup on the bike:
1. SEAT HEIGHT: Bring the top of the saddle to hip bone height.
2. HANDLEBAR HEIGHT: The bottom of the handlebars should be the same height as, or higher than, the top of the saddle.
3. SEAT FORE/AFT POSITION: The distance between the front of the saddle and the handlebar notch should equal the length from your elbow to the top of your fingers.
How old do I have to be to participate in indoor cycling?
You have to be at least 14 years old and 4’11” to ride. If you are under the age of 18,
a parent/guardian must sign your New Rider Waiver Form in person.
How do I sign the New Rider Waiver Form?
All first-time riders are required to fill out a New Rider Waiver Form online (when you register) and in person. ALL RIDERS are accountable for ensuring their waiver has been signed. All riders 18 years and under are required to have a parent/guardian sign in person.
What should I wear?
You’re here to sweat - wear something sweat-wicking. Same goes for socks. No need to bring shoes or towels. They’re on the house.
Do you have water? Do I bring my own?
All you need to bring is your water bottle. We know you’ll be sweating hard, so all our studios have filtered water stations. Hydration is key.
Can I bring my own indoor cycling shoes?
Indoor cycling shoes that clip into the bike’s pedals will ALWAYS be provided, on the house. If you prefer to bring your own pair: our pedals are compatible with Look Delta cleats.
Do cycling shoes really make a difference? What kind should I get?
Cycling shoes secure your foot to the pedals for maximum efficiency and power. You pedal in full circles—push, then pull. While our pedals are SPD-SL compatible, we recommend shoes with Look Delta cleats.
How early should I arrive at PERIGON?
If it's your first time, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before your class. Let the front desk crew know it’s your first ride. If you’re a regular, 15 minutes before class will do.
The worst is feeling rushed before class. If you do not sign at least 5 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released and we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry into class as priority is then given to those who are waitlisted and present. If you are running late, give the studio a call and we will hold bikes for up to 5 minutes after class starts.
What happens if I’m late for class?
If you have not signed in at least 5 minutes before the class starts, your bike may be released, and we cannot guarantee that you will be let into the class. Priority is given to those who are waitlisted and present. If you know you’re running late, give the studio a call, and we will hold your bike for up to 5 minutes after the class starts. First-time riders must arrive on time.
How do I check in?
If you have booked online (recommended) look for the sign-in sheet at the front desk and look for your name and bike number. Check the map to see where your bike is in the studio. If you haven’t signed in, we’ll assume you’re not around. If you still haven’t signed in 5 minutes prior to class, we’ll give the bike up for others. We encourage all-first-time riders to choose bikes toward the back of the class so that they can feel and follow the rhythm of the pack. New riders’ bike positions may be moved to keep rides going smoothly, and with integrity.
Do I need to an account?
Yes. It's important for us to know who's riding with us and to have your contact information. Adult riders can create an account online, in the studio, or by calling a studio. Riders under 18, or those who have not reached the age of majority in the province in which they are riding, can create an account in-studio if their parent/guardian is present.
My friends and I want to take our first class together. Do we need to create our own accounts to sign up?
Yes, each new rider must create an account and fill out a New Rider Waiver Form (available in all studios) before their first class. From one account, you can book up to five bikes per class.
Classes are not transferable to other rider’s accounts.
Do you have locker rooms and showers?
All PERIGON studios have keycode lockers, where you can store your gear during class. We also have showers, fully stocked with toiletries.
Is there a beginner class?
Not at the moment. You’re in control of how tough your ride will be - set your own pace and have fun. We encourage all first-time and beginner riders to choose bikes toward the back of the studio so that they can feel and follow the rhythm of the pack. New riders’ bike positions may be moved to keep rides going smoothly, and with integrity.
Where are your studios?
PERIGON has two studios. You can find the complete addresses here.
How do I book a class?
Each PERIGON studio offers multiple classes a day, seven days a week. Booking opens at noon (12 pm) every Monday. Pending an available bike, rides can be booked any time before the last 30 minutes leading up to the ride. Register for a class on the next day (Tuesday) through Monday of the following week.
To book a bike, you must have paid passes in your account. If you’re new, you must create an account here. Once registered, you can purchase passes one at a time or in packs here. One pass equals one ride. After purchasing passes, you can book a bike (direct to book page). Booking a bike includes choosing where in the studio you want to be positioned. We encourage all beginner riders to choose bikes towards the back of the class so that they can feel and follow the rhythm of the pack. New riders’ bike positions may be moved to keep ride going smoothly, and with integrity.
My selected class is full. What do I do?
If your selected ride is full, join the waitlist. In order to sign up for the waitlist, you must have a paid ride in your account that will be redeemed at the time you sign up. You will not be able to use the same pass to book another class. Here’s how it works:
12+ HOURS BEFORE THE RIDE
If a bike opens up, you will be automatically added into the class, and will receive an email notification. No confirmation is required from you. The standard cancellation policy will be in effect (you will need to cancel 12+ hours prior to the class in order to be refunded the pass).
1.5 – 12 HOURS BEFORE THE RIDE
If you are still on the waitlist at this time, and if a bike opens up, then you will be added into the class and notified by email. No confirmation is required from you. During this window, no cancellations will be allowed once you have been added into the class. However, at any time while you’re still on the waitlist (and have not been added into the class), you can cancel without losing your pass.
UP TO 1.5 HOURS BEFORE THE RIDE
Riders still on the waitlist 1.5 hours prior to class will only be notified by phone call if a bike opens up. Please be ready. If the rider cannot be reached or decides not to take the bike, they will NOT be charged. If the rider does confirm to be added into the class, but is a no-show, standard cancellation policy will apply. If we cannot get ahold of the rider, we will move on to the next person on the waitlist.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel online, in the app or by calling the studio. Just make sure to cancel at least 12 hours before your ride. Otherwise, your passes will not be refunded.
Can I buy a pass and then give it as a gift?
No. You cannot sell or transfer your pass(es) to someone else.
Are rides transferable between branches?
Yes. Passes are valid across all PERIGON studios.
